Here is an lm_sensors sensors3.conf file for a SuperMicro H8SCM motherboard. It has been derived from a combination of information kindly supplied by SuperMicro tech. support together with some empirically derived parts. Note that it supplies a quantitative value for the CPU temperature where SuperMicro's SuperDoctor5 provides only a qualitative one.
Here is a patch to Nagios plugin check_lm_sensors to provide a highlighting facility to highlight those sensors violating their warning or critical bounds.
